How it fits together

Eight businesses, one front door.

Hirobase is a software company. Merchants run their day on our vendor products — the counter, the kitchen, the fitting room, the chair. Asetena puts all of them behind a single consumer app, so an order placed on WhatsApp or in the app arrives inside the system the vendor is already working in. Nobody re-keys anything.

The order lands where they already work

A request from Asetena or WhatsApp arrives as a ticket in the vendor's own dashboard — the same one they use for walk-ins.

The rails settle it

Mobile Money in, rider dispatched, customer notified. The same plumbing under every vendor on the platform.

Sell where the customer already is

A vendor switches on the channels they want. The consumer app, WhatsApp, the counter — one stock list behind all of them.

Mobile Money, in and out

MTN MoMo, Telecel Cash and AirtelTigo on the way in; rider and vendor payouts on the way out. Two gateways, so one outage is not an outage.

Reach that does not need an app

SMS and WhatsApp alongside push, because the message has to arrive on the phone the customer actually carries.

Offline is the default assumption

A sale still goes through and a teacher still marks a register when the connection drops. The queue syncs when it returns.

One super admin portal

A single view across every product, so support is faster and a fix in the foundation reaches all of them.
